What do the Export Limits Mean?

Export limits apply only on a per-search basis. HigherGov has no monthly or team limits on the total number of records you can export. For example, if your plan has an export limit of 20,000 records, you can export up to 20,000 records per search, as many times as you like.

What are Your Data Sources?

How Often is Data Updated?

Data from major sources is updated every 15 minutes. Certain data sources may be updated less frequently, depending on government agency availability (for example, many agencies release acquisition forecasts only once a quarter).

Who are your subscribers?

HigherGov supports everyone from companies entering the government market for the first time to a large percentage of the top 100 largest government contractors. In total, our users were awarded over $200 billion in government awards in 2025. We also support industry consultants, non-profits, government agencies, leaders, and investors in the government market.

Does HigherGov Offer Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Yes, SSO is available for Standard and Leader Plan subscribers. If you'd like to set up SSO for your organization, please contact us.

What if I Have a Custom Research Request?

While the vast majority of research use cases can be completed in our platform, if you have a unique or niche need, our analysts would be happy to discuss. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Do You Accept Payment Methods Besides Credit Cards?

We also accept payment through ACH or wire transfer. Please contact us, if you require assistance.
